Should you wish to use certain material from this mod, then please contact me. I wont dictate what can or cannot be changed just would like to know what its used in or if I can assist in anyway.
To play with another person online, you must have the same version installed. ANY modifications you make to the mod for your own personal use, will put you out of sync with other players. If you have the same version as someone else, you will see their name in white in the player list in the lobby and you will also see their ping time. Anyone who isn’t in sync with you will have their name in yellow and you will also not be able to see their ping times. You will only be able to see POD War's games in progress or waiting to go. Any other Armada games that aren’t in sync with you, will not be visible.
It is recommended you keep Directors Cut off for online play and you have your graphics set at a minimal resolution and detail for faster play.
I fully encourage online play between the people who use this mod. The mod is best played vs. another Human or Humans. Although the AI is a difficult opponent in the mod, it does not make up for the unpredictability of a human. Also, a human will use Hyperspace whereas the AI rarely does which changes the way you play against a human player rather than the AI.
It is best to play with max money,crew and officers and to turn the Moons on Infinate. Also make sure to keep Standard Tech on at all times never change that.
The Physics of the Capital Ships (the way the ships move and turn) has its problems. The main one being its impossible for us to change the rate of turn for a ship which is why Star Destroyers and other larger ships turn like fighters.
Also you will notice that large ships will get stuck often or pushed out of the way by other ships. This too is something I cannot fix.
Some of the voiceovers are not done. So some ships/structures may not have a voiceover attached to them. I am not good at working on the sounds and voices. If anyone can help me with this issue please do so. Thank you.

Everyone will have a Duel list for their Ships here!!! Your Wins, Losses and Ties will be caculated, After all is tested And I finish the game, If People so choose they can take control of there own ships and try to change there Scores using there own skills and any special abilities they might have on the ship.Some special Skills wont work unless fighting an enemy and the ships targeting computer works only against an enemy.NO Cheating will be tolerated This means No building of more then one ship in duels! Also I built Hero ships for you all to be fun. Dont build more then one hero ship per Multiplayer game as you are meant to have one of each hero ship avalible for your side. I dont want to put more time into this by having to make it where you only get one hero ship of each kind per match it would be way time consuming. When your fighting the PC you may do as you like but when fighting other People make one of each ship. When one dies you may build another of it if you can. Some ships cannot be rebuilt for obvious reasons...I plan to test everyones ship out A.S.A.P Well then Good luck and enjoy whats on the site.
